About William Johnson:
William holds a Masters in Experimental Psychology from Oxford, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He also has an MBA from Warwick Business School and is a graduate of Harvard’s Leading Professional Services Firms program. His interest in learning and leadership theory began when he was commissioned in the fleet air arm of the Royal Navy, where after frontline service, he became involved in aircrew training. William has been advising firms on aligning behaviours with strategy for over 30 years, working with some of the world’s leading consulting and professional services firms.
