Having standardised an analytical thinking approach for internal advisors and project teams, our client asked us to create a bespoke programme for their Consumer Marketing Insights teams, who needed to improve the quality and impact of their presentations of data to management.  

Our Solution:

Three key challenges were identified for teams: 

  • Developing a structured analytical thinking process for actionable insights  
  • Establishing trust and credibility  
  • Creating a data-driven narrative and storyline 

Outcome:

Following the success of the initial workshop, the programme now forms part of a Europe-wide initiative being rolled out to Marketing and Consumer Insight teams.
