We proudly work with the MCA and CMI, to align our programme content with the requirements of the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) qualification.
Contributing to Industry
In September 2025, our Director, Debbie Dudley, joined the MCA’s “Women in Consulting Working Group” event as a guest speaker. During her session, Debbie shared valuable insights and experiences on several key topics. Including navigating potential bias in the workplace, building effective professional networks, and overcoming imposter syndrome. The discussion aimed to empower women in consulting by providing them with the confidence and practical tools necessary to advocate for themselves and advance their careers with authenticity and impact.
Who are the MCA?

The Management Consultancies Association (MCA) is the representative body for the UK consulting sector. It has been at the heart of the industry for over 60 years. Dedicated to supporting member interests and promoting the value of consultancy to the private and public sector, the media and the general public.
The MCA speaks on behalf of firms of all sizes and specialisms to promote and defend this diverse sector and champion the positive force of consulting in the UK.

“Having been an Associate Member for 10 years, a staunch supporter of the MCA for many years before then, and with an increasing number of member firms as clients. We are delighted to be confirmed as full member. With the support of the MCA, we will continue to pursue our mission to drive best practice cognitive and behavioural skills across the Professional Services spectrum.”
