The Openside Group’s clients include some of the world’s leading consulting and professional services firms and from across industry looking to adopt the best practices and behaviours from the world of professional services. As such, we are keen to attract the best and the brightest. All our current tutors are former consultants from top-tier consulting and professional services firms.

You will need to have extensive experience in business services and industry, management consulting, law or accounting at senior manager level or higher, preferably with a blue-chip international firm. It is critical that you have the right level of experience and educational background, as well as first-class people development skills.

The programmes you will deliver typically consist of a mix of presentations, individual and team coaching, group workshops, role playing and case studies. Consulting, tutoring, training development and coaching skills are essential. While you would work primarily in delivery, an ability to help nurture existing client relationships and cultivate new business opportunities would be an advantage.

Successful candidates could work a few days a month either presenting full day workshops or shorter webinars. Some programmes are presented in person and others remotely.

This is an excellent opportunity for women returners who are juggling family responsibilities and would like to maintain career momentum. It would also suit anyone who has held senior roles in the past and has now redefined how they would like to work.
