We offer personalised development for senior people in professional services using the Hogan personality suite of tools. The Hogan tool often forms the first part of a coaching intervention because of the depth of insight it provides in a confidential setting.
Used by senior leaders across consulting, law, and professional services, Hogan profiling develops leaders by assessing their core values/motives, “bright side” (strengths), “dark side” (challenging behaviours under stress). One-to-one feedback sessions aim to increase a person’s self-awareness of their own work style and reputation, i.e., how others perceive and experience them. Hogan is also used as a base for the cultural transformation of a leadership team.
Personalised development is particularly useful for newly promoted staff members because it enables them to focus their development and leadership on their own behavioural strengths and ‘shadows’ and to target specific behavioural skills which need improvement.
